HI, I'M ROSIE

I am a hypnobirthing teacher, a mum of two and I also work in social housing.

​Connecting with birth teams and supporting them in understanding the incredible power they have to bring humans into this world, calmly and confidently is a huge privilege. ​The journey to becoming a parent is a time when most birth teams and birthing people need to be informed and supported both to launch them into their new adventure but also to ensure they are heard and given space.

​Until my own birth experiences, and the experience of being pregnant I never fully appreciated the majesty of the human body and the life changing power of the mind body connection. To be honest I was bricking it when I first fell pregnant. I love bringing these 'ah-ha' moments to birth teams. Being a guide through the plethora of information and emotions around birth is brilliant!

I live in Weston-Super-Mare with my husband and two children, Ivy who is 5 and Forest who is 3. They are absolute nuggets, and my finest work to date. I am queer and I want to make sure we have birth prep options for all where I live and beyond. Whatever your family situation looks like.
